Nortel was a major player in the businsses telephone systems market for decades.  Nortel produced some of the most reliable telephone systems ever made.  Nortel telephones were notorious for their longevity and there are probley still thousands of Nortel systems still working in Jacksonville today.  Unfortunately, Nortel made some bad decsisions, as some bad equipment (BCM) that finally led to bankruptcy in 2009.  Nortel's Enterprise Solutions was won at auction by Avaya, who promptly quit making the majority of the traditional Nortel solutions.  If you have a Nortel phone system that you need service on, we can probably help!
